Tamia is a principal owner of Urban Ecospaces and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.  Tamia oversees the firm’s business, financial and legal affairs.  Her primary duties center around oversight and management of the executive level needs of the company including day-to-day operations, major human resources components, development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures, marketing, and the identification of new teaming and project opportunities.

Tamia is an accomplished litigator. Prior to joining Urban Ecospaces, she spent 13 years as an attorney at a multinational law firm where she specialized in complex commercial litigation and mass torts cases, representing sophisticated clients in their most important matters in state and federal courts across the country.
