Who We Are

Urban Ecospaces is a New York based minority and woman owned real estate development and general contracting construction firm.  Since our founding in 2009, the firm has remained committed to the development, building, and rehabilitation of construction projects that spur economic development and revitalization in communities. As a general contractor firm we are adept at providing strong leadership, client-focused service, and project management skills on projects of varying scope and size. Serving both public and private markets, we have a proven track record of pioneering customized and innovative solutions to a broad spectrum of clients. Our diverse project portfolio includes disaster recovery housing, modular construction, school construction and renovation, land development, condominium development, new construction, and the rehabilitation of commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, and residential properties.
